For a radius/ulna injury, how is the splint formed?

A

Using a C curve, with support for palm and fingers.

For a humerus injury, how is the splint formed?

A

Fold 1/3 of the splint on itself, to create a double layered J splint. Place double layered portion under the elbow and support the humerus on the outside of the patients arm.
