authorized the President of the United States to survey Indian tribal land and divide it into allotments for individual Indians
Klondike Gold Rush
a frenzy of gold rush immigration to and gold prospecting in the Klondike near Dawson City in the Yukon Territory, Canada, after gold was discovered in the late 19th century.
Indian Wars
multiple conflicts between American settlers or the federal government and the native peoples of North America from the time of earliest colonial settlement until approximately 1890.
American Indian Citizenship Act

were several United States federal laws that gave an applicant ownership of land, typically called a “homestead”, at little or no cost.

monetary system in which gold was used to set a monetary system.
