tx as testicular cancer until proven otherwise–radical orchiectomy via inguinal approach. Do not biopsy.

What is the surgical approach to orchiectomy for Ca and why?
A
Use inguinal NOT scrotal approach because if scrotum is violated then cancer can be introduced to inguinal and RP nodes
