What does Lin syndrome imply?

Heat Lin - UB damp heat

KD Yin deficiency
Qi Lin - LV Qi stagnation
• Difficult urination, pain before urinating, hypogastric pain, distention and irritability.
Tongue: normal or light purple.
Pulses: Wiry
Qi Lin - SP Qi deficiency
• Dull pain, weak urination, slight hypogastric pain, fatigue, exhaustion.
Tongue: Pale.
Pulses: Weak
Blood Lin - Blood Heat
• Urination with small blood clots, sharp prickly pain and fullness in the hypogastrium.
Tongue: Red or Purple with a thick or thin coat.
Pulses: Forceful and rapid.
Blood Lin - KD Yin Deficiency
• Lighter (pinkish) blood in urine, less pain than blood heat and better with pressure, low back pain.
Tongue: Red with little or no coat. Pulses: Rapid and thready.
Cloudy Lin - Damp heat
• Difficulty in pushing out urine, may or may not have pain. Tongue: red body with a sticky coat.
Pulses: Full, slippery and rapid.
