Describe the POP-Q classification
A
Stage 0: No prolapse.
Stage I: Most distal portion >1 cm above the hymen.
Stage II: Most distal portion within 1 cm of the hymen (above or below).
Stage III: Most distal portion >1 cm below the hymen but not fully outside.
Stage IV: Complete prolapse, with organs fully outside the vaginal opening.
