A

1 of the 3 criteria should be present:
1) EFW or AC < 3rd percentile
2) Late changes in umbilical artery doppler - AEDF or REDF.
3) EFW < 10th percentile with abnormal umbilical artery doppler.

A

1) EFW or AC < 3rd centile alone.

OR 2 of the following:
1) AC or EFW < 10th centile.
2) AC or EFW crossing 2 quartiles.
3) Umbilical artery doppler > 95 percentile or cerebroplacental ratio < 5th centile.
