Amyloidosis
A
mimics glomerulonephritis grossly and clinically will present with same signs

Rupture urinary bladder
A
blocked LUT, distension and rupture usually from Stones/uroliths (urolithiasis) can get from interference with innervation of bladder (spinal injury)

Uroliths
A
Struvite - most common in small animals (in the os penis)
Urates - chaulky appearance
Dalmations predisoposed to urates
Diet can be problem
Large animals tend to be in urethra
More of a problem in MALES
Post Renal Obstruction
can cause acute renal failure
