what is urine
the composition of urine varies from one person to the next and from one time of the day to another. Urine is made mostly of water but also contains waste such as urea, uric acid, potassium, sodium and urochrome can also contain glucose and proteins but this can indicate diabetes.

what is homeostasis
Homeostasis is the body’s ability to maintain the balance of mineral salts in the blood, blood pH etc. the pituitary gland sends a message (less antidiuretic hormone) to the kidneys which will remove water from the blood, resulting in more diluted urine.
what is the main function of the urinary system
The main function of our urinary system is to filter blood to remove waste and excess substances such as water and minerals. The urinary system also eliminates this waste through a process called urination.
what are ureters
Ureters tubes connecting the kidney to the bladder
what is the urethra
Urethra connects the bladder to the outside of the body.
what does the male pituitary gland do
Pituitary gland: secrets lh(testosterone), growth hormone, fhs(sperm cells) stimulate the sexual gland which is the testicles
what does growth hormone trigger
GH: triggers puberty

Changes with puberty hair growth, deeper voice, growth genital organs muscles bones. production of sperm cells, increase in libido sex drive, mood swings
female secondary sex traits
Secondary sex traits: increase in sex drive, body hair, growth in genital area and muscles and bone, mood swings.
