B1 Bcells- they develop before B2 (typical) b cells

What are characteristics of B1 bcells?
A
limited diversity
V region genes are those typically closest to the “D” locus ( = less diversity)
have low affinity antibody not as specific (crossreactivity or polyspecifity)
they can proliferate on thier own
play a roll in blood antigens

A
probably slow down a infection not neccesry killing them
