What is classical conditioning?
an unconscious process where an automatic, conditioned response becomes associated with a specific stimulus
What is operant conditioning?
a learning process that uses rewards and punishments to modify voluntary behaviours
What is the theory of reasoned action?
Aims to explain the relationship between attitudes and behaviours within human action.
It is mainly used to predict how individuals will behave based on their pre-existing attitudes and behavioural intentions.
Steps of the HBM
Perceived susceptibility + perceived severity
Perceived threat
Perceived benefits of change + perceived barriers of change
= behaviour change
What is the hierarchy of objectives?
a tool that organises objectives into a structure to help analyse and communicate them.
