What is motivation?
Motivation describes the factors that stimulate, maintain and channel behaviour towards a goal.
What are the key features of taylor’s theory?
- Work study - measured and analysed the tasks necessary to complete the production process
- Normal times - identified the most efficient employees and the approaches they used
- Equipment and training - given elementary training and clear instructions on their duties and equipment necessary
