The authorship of hebrews is unknown, but scholars have brought up a few main candidates. Some scholars believe that Apollos, a jewish speaker who was taught by Priscilla and Aquilla, wrote Hebrews because he was an eloquent writer and a great speaker. Others say that Barnabas is the author because he traveled with Paul on his missionary journeys, was. SOme say Luke yet he was a gentile and the book seems to be written from a jewish perspective
