A

he changed the marketing model:

before, casinos were the centre of attention: resorts, restaurants and attractions lured people to the casinos, so they didn’t raise money. Wynn made them be profitable as well: this way things became more expensive but also more luxurious.

A

it was perfectely timed:

by the 90s, casinos were all over the usa, so people didn’t necessarily have to come to Vegas to gamble. Now they came for the other attractions as well.
