Q

Name 3 benefits of an E-ticket

A
  • An E-ticket will cost approx €1 to process in comparison to a paper ticket which costs approx €10
  • Ticket coupons are issued electronically- therefore there is not charge to the customer for lost tickets and no paperwork to be completed
  • Last minute booking customers do not need to go to the ticket desk to pick up tickets, as they would have to do with paper tickets.
