What is evidence sharing?
In the social program management (SPM) context, evidence sharing occurs when an SPM agency shares information about its clients across its own internal systems, between programs or cases, or with other agencies. In the past, SPM agencies tended to deliver single programs.
What is the purpose of the evidence broker
The main function of the evidence broker is to act as a conduit that enables the sharing of evidence across cases action as both a receiver and a broadcaster of evidence

Identical and non-identical
Identical is when the source and target are the same categories of information
Non-identical is when the source and target evidence are two different types with some common categories of information.
