0-2 yrs. infants reach half their adult height by 2 yrs old. Around 1 they can walk and by 2 they can run.
what age is early childhood and their key features.
3-8 yrs. children continue to grow at a steady rate and develop strength and coordination.

9-18 yrs. they experience growth spurts and develop sexual characteristics during puberty.

19-45 yrs. young adults reach the peak of their physical fitness.

46-65 yrs. ageing process begins with some loss of stamina and strength. women go through menopause.
