The body’s automatic response to any physical or mental demand placed on it
Why is too much stress bad?
Because it may cause an unproductive anxiety level

Bad sleep patterns, over or under eating, acne and anxiety
What are some stress relief strategies?
Breathing techniques, Yoga, Talk Therapy, Prayer, and talking to someone you trust
How can you set SMART goals?
S - Specifically define what you want to achieve
M -Determine how you will measure your progress
A - Make sure your goal is realistic and attainable
R - Make sure your goal is meaningful
T - Set a deadline for your goal to create a sense of urgency
Why is making SMART goals more advantageous than simply saying “I want to do this”?
Because it helps you clarify what you really want to achieve and allows you to track your progress
