Provided by the government by law
What is PRIVATE service provision?
Service provided for profit that people have to pay to use
What is VOLUNTARY service provision?
Not provided by the government but service users don’t need to pay for it either. Usually funded by charity. Staff who work in voluntary provision can still get paid
