GRAMMAR: Present continuous; present simple; adverbs of frecuency; expressions + ing, reflexive pronouns
When we use the present continuous?
We use the present continuous to describe a picture or talk about what is hapenning now or at the present moment.
When we use the present simple?
We used the present simple to talk about what is hapenning generally.
When We use adverbs of frecuency?
We use adverbs of frecuency to say how often we do things (all the time, every day, always, often, usually, sometimes, hardly ever, never).
Spelling rules for He/ She/It endings
After most verbs add -s Eg: get gets, start starts After ch, sh, s, x add -es Eg: watch watches, wash washes After consonant +y delete y nd add -ies Eg: study studies Irregular verbs Eg: do does, go goes, have has.
When we use Adverbs of frequency: Always 100% Usually 80% Often 60% sometimes 40% hardly ever 20% Never 0%
We use adverbs of frecuency bebore the main verb
We use them after the verb Be
We puts adverbs of frecuency before the main verb in questions
We use them after the pronoun or the noun with verb Be
Note that we can only use always, usually, often in negative sentences.
Spelling rules for:
ING FORMS
Add -ing
Eg: walk walking
Verbs ending in -e
Omit the final -e and add -ing
Eg: dance dancing
Verbs ending in a single consonant after a single vowel
Double the consonant and add -ing
Eg: swim swiimming
Verbs ending in the consonant l after a single vowel( stressed or unstressed)

Verbs ending in -y
Add -ing
Ex: try trying
Verbs ending in -ie
Change the -ie into ying
Eg: lie lying
We can use adjeties with a preposition and noun or -ing form. We use the preposition to connect the adjetive to the noun or -ing form
Eg: She’s good at tennis, I’m good at playing the guitar, She’s keen on singing, He´s hopeless at making things
We can use the verbs: like, love, hate and enjoy with a noun or with the -ing form of a verb
Eg: Ilike footbsll, Ilove taking photos.

Pronouns
We use reflexive pronouns when the subjetct and object are the same: I= myself You= yourself He= himselg She= herself It= itself We= ourselves You= yourselves They= themselves
