Proper Posture

Curved fingers
when fingers are curved, each finger is the same length curved fingers bring the thumb into the correct laying position. Keys respond instantly. Curved fingers make an arch possible for crossing over and under the thumb

Bass clef
Clef for the left hand notes/ clef for lower pitches
Grand staff
Treble and bass clef connect by a brace/bracket. Instructs the musician to play both clefs at the same time
Bracket/brace
Symbol that connects a treble and bass clef to form a grand staff.
