What are stakeholders?
anyone who has an interest in a business organization
ex: in a school teachers, students, admin, parents.

What is the difference between stakeholders and shareholders?
a shareholder is a stakeholder but a stakeholder is not always a shareholder.

brings new jobs to people. could also residents might not support business: environment, noise, etc
