It is the main Shiva temple built during the Kakatiyan period (1123–
1323 CE) under rulers Rudradeva and Recharla Rudra. The building
features decorated beams and pillars of carved granite and dolerite
with a distinctive and pyramidal Vimana made of lightweight porous
bricks, so-called ‘floating bricks’, which reduced the weight of the roof
structures.

It is a 16th-century Mughal monument known as the Red Fort of
Agra.
It comprises palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal,
built by Shah Jahan; and the Diwan-i-Khas (audience hall).

It represents Kalinga architecture and was built in the 13th century,
by King Narasimha Deva.
