Migrate Workspaces to Cold Storage
Workspace Details -> Migrate to Cold Storage
Storage Status Column in workspace view lists as Cold Storage
- Can’t be used as template or by RDC/Integration Points
- considered an active standard workspace for billing purposes in any calendar month when it is accessed
Retrieve workspaces from Cold Storage
Workspaces tab - > click name, Cold Storage Retrieval Page displays
Click Retrieve Workspace
- not instantaneous (up to 5 days)
- will receive email notification
- Cold Storage Case Retrieval Agent needs to be present and running for workspaces to be retrieved
Repository Workspace
Streamlined version of Relativity with limited functionality for early case assessment with cost-effective pricing
Repository - Usage Limitations
Billed at standard charge per GB if any of the following occurs during billing month:
- More than 50 million documents in workspace
- unique doc views per month exceeds 10,000
- total users accessing the workspace exceeds 10
- Repository application is uninstalled from the workspace
Creating a new repository workspace using the Repository Template
- Download Repository Template
- Using Staging Explorer to move archive file to ARM folder in your file repository
- Once the archive is in the correct place, you can use ARM to restore the template workspace
- Enter the workspace and add the appropriate security groups
- Old customers contact account managers
- Install the application on the template workspace
Basic Repository Workspace Usage Workflow
- Move data into repository workspace
- Available tools:
- Structured Analytics (including Name Normalization)
- Document metadata searches
- Cluster visualization and conceptual analytics
- dtSearch
- Imaging and OCR - Create a saved search that includes all necessary conditions/create a field that designates documents for review
- Use Integration points to move the set of docs over
Limitations on Functionality in Repository workspace
Not available:
- Assisted Review and Active Learning
- Transcripts
- Case Dynamics
- Custom Applications and Relativity Redact
- Sets in review (batch sets, markup sets, transform sets)
- Productions
- Mass covert and Save as PDF
- downloading natives in the viewer
