Exporting Data Through Integration Points - Exporting to a Relativity Workspace
Option of exporting data from a source workspace to a destination workspace
- Select “Relativity” as the destination for the data that you intend to transfer
- Select a specific workspace
- Most efficient way to move documents from one workspace to another
- For workspace-to-workspace integration points, Rel supports transfer across the Document object only and not other RDO’s
- When using integration points to transfer data betwen workspaces, can move original images and natives and metadata
- Aren’t required to have I.P. installed on the destination workspace
- When transferring images to a destination workspace, field mapping is disabled because only the control number is required
- if you want to transfer other field metadata, must create a new integration point without choosing to copy images
- integration points uses multi-value delimiter (ASCII 029) and nested-value delimiter (ASCII 030)
Integration Points - Running the Export Job
Based on settings, click "Run" on the transfer options console on the saved integration point. - can save point as a profile Click OK on the run confirmation message Status: - Pending - Validation (Validation Failed) - Processing - Completed (Completed with Errors) - Error - job failed (job-level error occured) - Stopping - Stopped
Integration points - Stopping an Export Job
Can stop if you need to re-prioritize/there was some mistake
- Click Stop on the console
- Click Stop Transfer
Notes on stopping:
- Can also stop a job if it has status of Pending/Processing
- Job is unstoppable if it has any status other than Pending or Processing
- When you click Stop, Rel stops creating new errors
- When you click Stop on a run-now job, Rel marks all errors associated with current job as Expired
- When you click Stop on a retry job, Rel marks all errors associated with the current job history and previous job as expired
- can start a scheduled job after you’ve stopped it
- item counts on layout reflect all items promoted before the agent received the signal to stop the job
To re-start a stopped job, click “Run”
