To get a point across, easily memorized, condensed wisdom, and cause people to sit and think.

A person that passed information to the next generation. Most powerful person and with the most influence. A wise person who is usually an older person in the village. Wisdom and godliness are practical. They can be applied to every area of life and they will help you win.
Wisdom is universal. Pertains to all cultures. Applicable across genders and age divides.
Wisdom is developed
Wisdom manifest itself in discretion. The ability to make responsible decisions. Develops a standard to make your judgment. The ability to separate things, and keep them distinct. Avoiding quick and hasty decisions.
