- made in a dry (secco) and passito style

- Passito style must be 14.5% ABV

- 70% minimum Sangiovese
- 12.5% minimum ABV
- must be aged 36 months, 6 months in bottle

- Blend of 4-5 varietals

- other 40% is Sauvignon Blanc and other varietals
- Made in many styles
