The social past life of the society was built on three things

AlMosapher Khana or the traveler’s house
Food and material offerings are granted to the needy and homeless.
Al-Wilaya
Those who do (obey) God’s covenant deserve comforting paradises.
Characteristics of social welfare before the emergence of the federation
- Helping others was seen as a moral duty to protect community values.
- Support often came from individuals taking action.
- Everyone received help equally, with no discrimination.
- Emphasized that leaders, wealthy people, and traders had a duty to care for society.
- The family was viewed as the base of tribal and political life.
- Strong unity was shown within clans and tribes, especially during religious events.
- There were no specialized workers for social welfare.
- Help was given without written rules or policies.
Why social welfare in UAE?
Despite UAE’s economic success there are still individuals who are not in a position to benefit directly from the country’s good fortune a social welfare network to assist vulnerable members of society.

are geared for national students. Arabic is the language of instruction for all subjects, and English is taught as a second language; even though there are plans to use English to teach Math and Science in the near future.

The changes caused many family problems, such as:
- An imbalance in the population.
- Issues with servants and nannies.
- Problems with young people getting into trouble.
- Changes in how people approach marriage.
- Families spending too much on luxury and unnecessary things.
- Weakening relationships between family members.

Conflicts with opinions that do not support her working.
Not being allowed to choose the job she prefers.
Resistance to her presence in the workplace.
Most workers prefer office jobs and supervisory roles.
People moved away from manual work and traditional crafts.
A big drop in work ethics, like more people skipping work.
Lack of good manners seen in all age groups.
Very high dowries are being asked for in marriages.
Families completely depend on housemaids, drivers, and servants.
Jealousy has become common.
Society now shows class differences between the rich and the poor.
Marriage to foreigners and its effects
Weakens the connection with family and relatives.
Creates difficulties for the foreign wife to fit in.
Affects the way children are raised socially.
Reduces the sense of belonging for family members.
Causes psychological and social problems for the children.
Children may face teasing and stigma from classmates and neighbors.
Children often perform poorly in school.
Many Asian wives are unable to read or write.
The effects of divorce:
Divorced women may feel inferior.
Women may face financial problems.
Children may lack proper care and attention.
Children may be at risk of developing bad behavior.
