Enterprise vs. Management
- Idea Generation: Enterpreneur comes up with ideas to fill gap whereas manager implements the ideas
- Risk-taking: Entrepreneur takes personal and financial risk while manager has less risks as they can get a job in another business if it fails
- Running: Entrepreneur is focused on big tasks like raising finance and recruiting employees. Manager does day-to-day running and delegates tasks
- Control: Entrepreneur has full control. Manager must get entrepreneur’s approval and report to them regularly
