Q

Enterprise vs. Management

A
  1. Idea Generation: Enterpreneur comes up with ideas to fill gap whereas manager implements the ideas
  2. Risk-taking: Entrepreneur takes personal and financial risk while manager has less risks as they can get a job in another business if it fails
  3. Running: Entrepreneur is focused on big tasks like raising finance and recruiting employees. Manager does day-to-day running and delegates tasks
  4. Control: Entrepreneur has full control. Manager must get entrepreneur’s approval and report to them regularly
