a semi-formal style used in professional or advisory situations where one party seeks guidance, information, or feedback. both the speaker and listener actively participate, but there is still an emphasis formality
consultative speech style
an example of this is student to teacher, “Sir could you help me with this concept? I’m struggling with it.”

an example of this is patient to doctor, “Doctor, I’ve been feeling dizzy lately. What do you think could be causing it?”
