Epinephrine 0.1 mg IV stat
Transfuse 1 unit of PRBC stat after cross-matching
Acetaminophen 500 mg/tablet, 1 tablet every 4 hours prn for pain
Acetaminophen 125 mg/ 5 ml, 1 tsp every 4 hours prn for temperature > or = 37.5 C
