Very quick to heat and serve.
There’s a wide variety.

May use excessive packaging, so bad for environment.
Can be expensive to buy.
Advantage to UHT foods
Extends shelf life, so less food waste.
Can buy lots at once so saves time shopping(good for elderly)

Flavour can be affected long term.

Extends shelf life, so there will be less food waste
Disadvantage of MAP packaging
Can be more expensive.
Leads to excessive packaging.
