Simple in structure

A
More complex
DNA has multiple linear strands
Contains a nucleus, and membrane bound organelles
Can be unicellular or multicellular
Ex. found in plants, fungi, human

A
All living organisms are made up of one or more cells
The cell is the basic organisational unit of of life
All cells come from pre-existing cells
Humans are made up of around 100 trillion cells
