The Woman must be caught in the air at the waist by the Man prior to landing and be assisted to a smooth landing on the ice on one foot

- Womans split position (prior to rotating) with each leg at least 45 degrees from body axis and women’s legs are straight or almost straight
- Catching the Woman at the side of the waist without her hands(s) / Arm(s) / Any part of the uppoer body touching the man
- Woman’s position in the air with arm(s) above the head (minimum one full revolution)
- Difficult take off: turns, steps, movements, small lifts immediately preceding the takeoff, executed with continuous flow
- Mans arms sideways, being straight or almost straight, reaching at least shoulder level after release of the Woman

No under is called by TP
Woman’s split position
Feature 1
This feature is only awarded if each leg, being straight ot almost straight, is at least 45 degrees from her body axis
Once Man lets go, this feature is no longer available
Catching the woman without her hands, arms, or any part of the upper body touching the man
Feature 2
This feature can be granted when:
a) both Man’s hands must be on the side of the Woman’s waist (catching Woman by one or by both hands on any other part of the body is a different catching position; no feature is given if there is no proper catch) and
b) the Woman is not touching the Man at any point of the landing phase by any part of her arm(s) or her upper body.
When the woman collapses on the Man (the Woman’s body is supported by the Man’s body prior to her blades touching the ice) or even just touches the man when landing, the Level feature will not be granted even if she keeps her hand(s)/arm(s) off the Man
What is a collapse in a twist lift?
the Woman’s body is supported by the mans body prior to her blades touching the ice
Man’s arms sideways, being straight or almost straight, reaching at least shoulder level after the release of the Woman
After the Man releases the Woman, his arms must change position going to the side of his body at least as low as his shoulders before he catches the Woman in the air. The arms of the Man must be straight or almost straight.
If the woman is not caught in the air, the feature is not awarded. However, the feature will be awarded in case of any catch in the air (not necessarily at waist)
Difficult take-off
The feature is awarded only when there is (are) steps, turns, movement(s), small lifts immediately preceding the take-off and executed with continuous flow); in case of a break, no feature will be granted
What levels get a bonus awarded for each fully rotated triple twist?
Junior SP and FS
What is the maximum level for a twist lift at Intermediate?
Max Level 2
What are the features for Intermediate twist lifts
