A
- locally aggressive but rarely metastasizes
- extends into the subQ fat in a honeycomb pattern
- fibroblasts in pinwheel pattern

- usually on the trunk
- patch, plaque, nodule (same as kaposi’s sarcoma)
- cd4 cells (sezary) form bands in superficial dermis
- invade epidermis
