A
  • start as light brown, flat macules, progress to velvety, waxy, veracious surface
  • multiple eruptive SK’s could indicate an internal malignancy
  • basaloid cells
  • eventually become keratinocytes and overproduce keratin
  • find keratin cysts “horn cysts”
