- 80% of lung cancers
Types:
- Adenocarcinoma
- SCC
- Large Cell Undifferentiated
- Large Cell Neuroendocrine
- Carcinoid 
All types treated the same: surg for localized (stages 1 and 2), radiation and chemo (stage 3), chemo (stage 4)
