For pilots: doing the best to rectify effects of delays; working with ATC for shortcuts or re-routing for tailwinds, making passengers feel welcome onboard every flight, etc.

Unique: Personalised service; we listen. Take pride in finding best-tailored solutions. Go above and beyond to show care for people and world. For pilots: Interacting with passengers during boarding, treating people as individuals in the terminal, or wherever you meet them, for example.

Inspiring: Use expertise to empower customers to explore and create memories. TUI Musement, Reps at hotels, etc. For pilots: Providing exciting flight information, destination info. , etc.
