What is Tsukemen (skeh-men)
Tsukemen tare / “tsuyu”: Chicken broth, soy, tomato, bonito flake, konbu seaweed,
mackerel, dry sardine
Tsuyu is the dipping sauce for the tsukemen, served at room temperature. We sprinkle
sesame seed on both tsuyu, but only the yuzu tsuyu can be served sesame free option.
The flavor is very concentrated + meant to quickly dip the noodles in the tsuyu then slurp!
Yuzu Tsukemen
Cold wavy noodles, chashu pork, seasoned egg, seasoned bamboo shoots, yuzu, endive, scallion. Side of Yuzu Soy Tsuyu w/ sesame nori
Spicy Tsukemen (skeh-men)
Cold wavy noodles, chashu pork, seasoned egg, seasoned bamboo shoots, endive, nori, scallion. Side of sesame, chili powder and spicy soy Tsuyu.
