What is a trouble signal?
A signal showing that a sensor or the system is not in normal status or is not working properly
You tell the customer you got a trouble on fire signal and they say, “There’s a fire?? Where??” How should you respond?
There isn’t a fire, just a low priority or trouble signal coming from the fire system there.
What are the 2 main causes of power loss signals?
Power outtage and the system becoming unplugged
Should we tell someone how to change their batteries?
No. Refer to the main office

A system reset is a type of restore that restores every trouble signal that came in before it.
What do you do if you access a trouble signal that’s since been placed on test?
You can FC per test because a dealer or technician is aware of what’s going on and are working on it.
Why do we get passwords from site on critical alarms?
To be sure that the person who answered can take care of the issue.
Can you 4108 on critical alarms?
Depends on the action plan.
