If the point hasn’t restored at the time of FC. (equally correct: if the point status is off normal/hasn’t been cleared)

Why do we clear point status?

A

So we don’t make unnecessary calls. (stops the LTR from coming in)

What is an LTR?

A

A late to restore. It’s something set up by a previous operator to check if a restore came in between the time they FCd and 4 hours later.

Is the LTR sent from the panel?

A

No, it’s a followup created by an operator. The customer won’t see anything about it on their end and it’s subject to human error.

1 Click the point status tab
2 Press page 2 (off normal)
3 Click the X next to those you’re calling on
