Main, Vault, Supply
What kind of signals will you find in the main account?
Panics, tampers, NoTT
What NG account is the room where people do their daily tasks and it houses armor and other supplies?
Supply
What NG account is the highest priority account, holds weapons and the alarm panel?
Vault

Why is cross documentation important?
So that regardless of the account pulled up, we can see all of the details (who placed the test, which accounts were placed on test, etc)

What are the steps to place multiple accounts on test?
1 Place the current account on test
2 Hop out of AF, saying out per multi
3 Using the main account number and ctrl alt L, look up the other accounts
4 Place additional accounts on test
5 Cross document on ALL accounts
6 Ctrl Q and say back from Multi
What are some important things to know about ESS managers?
They’re essentially the main office
The only contact with all access authority
ESS managers are corporate and their passwords may be hidden lower in the call list
Tech support and other main office needs go through ESS managers
What is the chain of command for National guard?
Guard Members > ESS Managers > Kandis
