What is a tropical cyclone?
Tropical cyclones or low pressure systems located over warm tropical oceans. They are associated with severe weather conditions. 
What do different countries call a tropical cyclone.
The United States cause a tropical cyclone, and a hurricane

In Australia, they call it a Willy Willy .
