Includes a simulator training session on day 3.

Provide me with a foundation in training and learning theory and practice.

Provide me with an awareness of the knowledge, skills and attitude required to become a TRI.

Describe TRI part 2 course

Answer 3

Consists of one ground training day followed by 9 details of training in the full flight simulator.

Continual checking throughout, with TRI 5 detail 5 containing a progress check for the TI.

The 9 details are primarily lead by the course instructor or trainee instructor depending on the aims of each detail.

Detail 10 is the assessment of competence (AoC), and the TI will only be put forward if the meet the standard required.
