what do you do when recompression treatment is not available (chamber)?
dive sup has 2 alternatives:
1- if not immediate necessary- transport to nearest chamber.
2- complete in water D.
HOW TO TRANSPORT A DIVER?
1- supine position 2- warm 3- monitor for obstructed airway, cessation, cardiac arrest, shock. 4- 100% o2- hydrate 5- below 1000feet
what are the 7 inside tender responsibilities?
1- releasing door hatch, provide soft seal 2- administer first aid 3- don hearing protection 4- keep patient in supine position 5- administer treatment gas 6- establish comms 7- provide normal assistance
how many days of taking a break from treating residual symptoms?
5 days w/ 1 day break
what are the tender considerations for treatment tables (si) ?
TT1A, TT2A, TT3, TT5, TT6, TT6A: 18HRS
TT4, TT7, TT8: 48HRS
TT5, TT6, TT6A: may repeat w/in 18hrs if o2 was breath less than 30’.

patients: 72hrs (age/ dcs)
tenders: TT5, 6, 6A, 1A, 2A, 3 : 24HRS
TT4, 7, 8 : 72 HRS
