Assess lang/artic: dev errors, phonological processes
NAE/hypernasality: endoscopic eval, what did the clinician hear?
Work with the family:
inform about typical s/l dev and abnormal speech sounds
Encourage fam to praise efforts, correct place even if manner is off

Train your client:
are they stimulable for sounds with their new surgery/procedure/device?
assume that the surgery/procedure/device was a good fit
Reduce NAE/hypernasality
Eliminate artic errors
