swimmers itch in first few hours
inasvive stage: cough, abdo disomfort, splenomegaly, eosinophilia
katayama fever: prostrate, fever, urticaria, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, diarrhoea
acute disease: eggs deposited in bowel = dysentry or bladder = haematuria
