What is a subfulcine/cingulate herniation?
A
Cingulate (brain) pushes under the falx cerebri and can compress the corpus callosum

What is a transtentorial/Uncal herniation? what are some consequences?
A
herniation of the uncus (of temporal lobe) under the tentorium cerebelli - impacts on the midbrain -> affecting the oculomotor nerve, consciousness (ARAS) and compress post cerebral artery -> infarction of occipital lobe
