8 Anatomic Criteria for trauma alert

1) all penetrating injuries to the head, neck, torso, and extremities proximal to the elbow and knees.
2) Flail Chest
3) 2 or more proximal long bone fractures
4) Crushed, degloved, or mangled extremity proximal to wrist or ankle
5) Amputation proximal to wrist or ankle
6) Pelvic fractures
7) Open or depressed skull injury
8) paralysis
