A
Light is needed for transpiration this is because the increased light will increase photosynthesis

Tempreture
A
Temperature increases the rate of transpiration and without temperature transpiration will not occur. The reason why it needs temperature is so the stoma can open so therefore it increases photosynthesis

Humidity
A
Humidity decreases the amount of transpiration this can be due to the lack of water so therefore it will need to keep its water.

Wind speed
A
As the relative humidity of the air surrounding the plant rises the transpiration rate falls. It is easier for water to evaporate into dryer air than into more saturated air.
