Blocks breakdown of clots and reduces bleeding.
Excreted in urine.

Tonsilectomy
* IV : 1g undiluted over 1-2 mins
* Nebulised : 500mg
Bleeding post trauma
* IV : 2g undiluted over 1-2 mins
Non-traumatic bleeding
* IV : 1g undiluted over 1-2 mins
